Hydration


Hydration is the most important part of your daily routine. Most people overlook the importance of hydration and suffer from many problems ranging from weight gain, stress, tired or sleepy, headache, dry skin, dizziness, lower back pain, decreased urine output, yellowish urine color, increased thirst. A good rule of thumb is to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz. If your 180lb then you should consume 90 oz. water daily. most people consuming coffee or tea substitute if for water. But caffeine is a diuretic causing more dehydration. Hydration also helps to move nutrient throughout your body, and plays an important role in your cardiovascular health, staying focus, detoxification, healthy joints, skin, and protects your kidneys. So remember to start first thing in the morning with 16 oz. of water and drink throughout the day.
