More than 160 million Americans are either obese or overweight. It is a problem that effecting everyone financially. If we consume an extra 100 calorie daily, our body gains 10lb a year. Weight gain is due to imbalance in calorie intake, lack of activity, low metabolism, lack of muscle mass, etc. With excess weight more problem arise with individuals health. There is a solution by doing a comprehensive diet that is customized to that individual, create a healthy lifestyle which includes resistant training, cardiovascular training, stress reduction, healthy habits, diet, etc. Obesity can cause many health problem ranging from diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, depression, sleep apnea, low energy, arthritis, cancer, just to name a few. Losing weight needs planning and accountability. Nothing is done overnight, but overtime.
